Letter from Amy, a volunteer from the USAAt Kisii, Kenya
You can volunteer to help at one of our projects in Kisii, Kenya, helping at our Twiga Children's Centre, interacting with the children, organising games and teaching English.
We will soon be starting up practical trials of several projects and any engineering student interested in helping would be welcome.
Where is Kisii? No Holiday!
You will stay with a Kenyan family, usually in accommodation that, to a westerner, is basic. There may not be running water, food will include the staple foods of Kenya, sukuma wiki and ugali.
But you will be in an extremely friendly environment and will be made most welcome.
You will find that we charge less than most volunteer agencies.

In the UK
Our UK charity, 3AP raises funds for us. We also accept cash donations. You can also donate to a particular project, sponsor a child, provide school equipment, etc.
If you are in Kenya, you can help by donating clothing, school equipment, furniture, working I.T. equipment that we can use at our Twiga Children's Centre.
If you want to raise funds for KCSI, or for a particular project that we are running, please contact 3AP.
